Return Policy
7-Day Return Policy
Rude Awakening Lingerie values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned
items must be in their original condition with tags and sanitary
protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.Clearance
items can not be returned. Items received after the 7-day period or
in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be
shipped back at the customer’s expense.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
Final Sales:
Health regulations
stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can
not be taken back. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we
offer no warranty once the tags are removed or the item has been worn. All sales are final on the
following items: panties, bras, thongs, hosiery, Mary Kay, body perfume oils, all accessories and all novelty items (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Procedure for Returns:
Please ClickHere and notify us that you desire to return merchandise and request a return form. Use the original packaging and box to return item. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Refunds are issued
within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once item is received and the refund is processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

event an item you requested for an exchange is back ordered, we will

Shipping
Rude Awakening Lingerie ships merchandise to locations
within the United States and international. The risk of loss and title for all
merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is
delivered to the shipping carrier. Most orders are processed within 5-8
business days. After your order has been
processed you will receive an e-mail stating that your order has been
shipped. We do not ship after 4pm Monday through Friday, on the
weekends as well as State and Federal holidays.Orders are shipped USPS,
UPS, or FedEx. We require a signature upon delivery of
order.
International
Order
Will be sent via USPS or carrier that ships to the international location
however it is important to note once the items has left the USA we may
not be able to track the item. Customs and import duties may be applied to
International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges
are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to
country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are
different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs
office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment
of your products. Rude Awakening Lingerie is not responsible for any direct,
indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper
international shipping practices.
Sales Tax
Rude
awakening Lingerie charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site
based on the applicable state sales tax rate within the State of Georgia.
Back orders
While
we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items,
there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in
stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on
backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it
with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
Payments
We accept Debit and Credit Card and process them through Paypal. You can also mail in checks and money order all orders will be delayed with these payment methods till funds are verified.
